My dear friends!!

Today I am sharing another layout for the Tresors De Luxe Design Team.  When I got my first package from Lucy Oh, I squealed!!!  I have been collecting vintage laces for as long as I can remember, so having this wonderful opportunity is very special to me.  When I opened the box I started to “pet” all the gorgeous laces, trims, and embellishments that I get to use on my layouts.  What a thrill!

My layout is an old photo of my daughter, Jennifer when she was about 2 years old, so that makes the photo 40 years old.   I made the little dress she is wearing.  From birth she has had this beautiful strawberry blonde, auburn hair.

I used quite a bit of the 49th and Market Heirloom Botanicals paper, and flowers to create this layout.  But, the best part is that I got to add bits and pieces of lace applique to add to the shabby, feminine style of a layout.  The laces I used are:

White Venice Lace Trim, Lace Appliques, Couture Gowns, Dresses, Crafting, etc, approx.4.50″ GL-184

It was very hard for me to cut up these gorgeous laces, but I truly love the effect they give my layout!!

Lucy also carries gorgeous flowers!  You can see three of these little chiffon posies that I used.  Here’s what they look like at her Etsy Shop:

Multi Colored Chiffon Flowers with Pearls and Rhinestone Center, for Headbands, Clothing, Sashes, Set of 3, approx. 2 inches across, FL-179

Here’s what they look like on my layout!

At the left hand bottom of the layout I fussy cut the sweet little basket full of flowers (49th and Market) and added a sweet purple sprig from the kit.  I popped up the basket so that the sprig would have plenty of room to grow lol!!!

I really hope that you enjoyed my layout and that you will visit Tresors De Luxe for all your special embellishments and laces for your next creation.  Please stop by again to see my next project!

Bye for now!

Hello dear friends!  I’m so excited to share my Design Team layout using the gorgeous Tresors de Luxe lace.  This layout is very special to me as it is my dear niece, Samantha all grown up!  Her sister Dani Ulstad has a photography business Ronny & Rene Photography Design Studio, and they had a fun photo shoot.  Stay tuned for more gorgeous pics of this gorgeous, amazing young lady.

Sam chose a vintage lace dress for this bridal shoot, so I had a blast using all the gorgeous Venice and beaded lace from Lucy Oh’s Etsy Shop.  I started with a background paper from 13 Arts, and adhered the gorgeous lace on the right side. I used a Creative Embellishment chipboard antique clock to anchor the photos, and painted it with a Metallic Rust paint from Lumiere.

99% of the flowers are from 49th and Market, with a few little rosebuds, ferns, bits and pieces of more gorgeous lace and clock faces.  I can never get tired of clocks.  I wanted this layout to have a vintage, Seattle chic look, which is not easy to do!!!

Down at the bottom left-had side I used another piece of antique clock, flowers, and a sweet rhinestone trinket from Tresors de Luxe.  It’s a stem with sweet clear and blue sparkles, very sweet, and perfect for this layout!!!

Here are more close-ups of my layout!

I really hope that you enjoyed you visit today.  Stop back by for more inspiration from the other DT gals.  They are all so amazing!  And, here’s a link to Lucy’s Etsy Shop….warning you can’t leave without buying something LOL!

Here’s a big Alaska Bear Hug!

Hello friends! Today I am sharing a mini album I made using MANY, MANY laces and beautiful embellishments from the Tresors de Luxe Etsy shop. I paired these laces with a gorgeous paper collection by Stamperia called “Old Lace” and I love the result!

To start, I added this large lace to the cover of the mini album over the papers.

I also added a bunch of flowers, including these pink patterned chiffon flowers and a brown beaded flower stem, both from the Tresors etsy shop.

And, this rhinestone brooch was the perfect touch on the shutters. The Tresors de Luxe etsy shop has many charms and brooches available for purchase.

Inside the cover I added some applique pieces that I cut up and tucked under the paper for journaling.

I also added this bow charm.

I cut up a different applique and tucked pieces under the envelope and put one of the flower pieces in the center.

On the rest of the the pages I added lace trim and more appliques that I cut up to fit with the design of each of the pages.

This applique was the perfect center for this page, and is great for mini albums in general because it has lots of details, and is flat, which doesn’t add to the bulk and allows the album to close.

I added this beaded applique to the dress form after I cut it down. I didn’t glue down the beads because I love the movement as you flip through the pages.

On these pages below, I used one applique that I cut up into five different pieces to space out to adorn this spread.

I tucked the two end pieces of the applique under the heart.

I kept this spread simple, cutting up the lace patterns and adding brown pearls to the flower centers.

I also added a small paper flower for some contrast.

I made coordinating pockets for this spread.

This lace is very large and looks great cut up as pieces that resemble vases.

For this last spread of the inside back cover I wanted it to be pretty flat, so I only added the applique to the part of the page that holds the “pull outs.”

Here’s a closeup of that beautiful applique. There are many appliques in the etsy shop!
